Pico de Gallo
Pico de Gallo is a fresh salsa originating from Mexico. We first tried it in New York a couple of years ago and fell in love instantly. It’s a beautiful and tasty mixture of fresh, juicy tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, pepper, lime juice, and salt. We serve it with tortillas, enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, and other Mexican treats. It goes amazingly well with pork, steak, chicken, and fish too. A versatile 5-minute recipe worth trying.

Clean and finely dice all the vegetables. Add to a bowl along with chopped coriander/cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice, and olive oil.
