Overnight Čokolino with Berries
Here in Slovenia, Čokolino is a trendy breakfast. Čokolino Dark is made with whole oat flour and sweetened with dates, chocolate, and cacao. When stirred with milk, it becomes a porridge. It’s a family favorite over here, too. We make it for breakfast or an indulgent late snack. Our kids especially love making this overnight Čokolino, as they love stirring the ingredients together, and then in the morning, they love to eat what they made.

Combine čokolino, chia seeds, dates, maple syrup, creamy peanut butter, and almond milk in a blender. Mix into a smooth mixture. Divide between four cups and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Before serving, add a generous scoop of Greek yogurt on top of čokolino. Sprinkle with a handful of fresh berries and serve.
