Horseradish Cream Sauce is a quick and simple recipe. We usually make it for the Easter holidays, but you can actually serve it any time of the year. It's especially great with Roasted Pork or Braised beef. This recipe is made with sour cream, making it creamy, light, and delicious. You can optionally substitute the sour cream with the Crème fraîche.
