Greek Salad
If you ever tried the Greek Salad in Greece, I bet you liked it. If you haven’t been to Greece, then by all means, give it a go. This simple summer salad has the best of what summer has to offer. We have juicy tomatoes, crunchy fresh cucumbers, gorgeous peppers, red onion, and last but not least, black Kalamata olives and Feta cheese. The homemade dressing is simple and made with vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and lemon juice. Plus, it’s easy to keep it in the fridge for weeks.

First, make the dressing. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in the fridge until needed.

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. Add cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and olives to a bowl. Drizzle with the salad dressing and toss to combine. Season with salt to taste. Sprinkle the feta cheese and oregano on top.
