Guacamole
Guacamole is a delicious Mexican spread that celebrates delicious avocados. They say that a good Guacamole must contain ripe, high-quality avocados, salt, and lime juice. Traditionally, we need to grind the chili paste in the pestle and mortar - that's what we did as well. By doing that, we add a beautiful spicy aroma to the dip. It is one of our all-time favorite homemade dips, and I bet you guys are going to love it too.

How to make Guacamole at home
Making this beautiful avocado dip at home is super easy. This is how we do it:
- Prepare all the ingredients for the chili paste: Chop the shallot, garlic, coriander, and jalapeño
- Combine and crush the chili paste in the mortar, add the lemon juice and crush to get a rough paste
- Remove the avocado stones and mash it using a fork
- Combine everything in a bowl and season with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper
- Serve with your favorite snack
How to store and freeze Guacamole
Guacamole is prepared in just 5 minutes, so it's always better to make it from scratch whenever you crave it. However, feel free to store any leftovers. The best way to do that is by placing the Guacamole in a freezer bag and sealing it using a vacuum machine. By doing that, we will prevent the avocado from oxidizing and turning brown. Keep it chilled in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it. Keep it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
