How to make these Profiteroles with chocolate and cream at home
These profiteroles are not only beautiful and delicious, but they make the perfect centerpiece dessert for holidays, special occasions, or celebrations. We love making them on weekends too. To make this recipe, you first need to make homemade choux pastry. Once it's baked and cooled, fill the profiteroles with vanilla whipped cream and generously drizzle them with chocolate ganache. Chocolate ganache is just a fancy word for a combination of chocolate, cream, and butter.

Storing
This dessert is so easy and quick to make that we recommend making it from scratch. However, feel free to store any leftover recipe components separately.

Store the chocolate ganache in the fridge for up to 7 days.
