Pesto Genovese
Pesto Genovese is my (Maja’s) favorite summer pesto. You can find delicious ingredients like basil, pine nuts, and garlic in it. It’s made in about 5 minutes; you will need a food chopper, food processor or immersion blender. It’s so easy. You can use your pesto immediately or store it in the fridge or freezer for later use. Quick, easy, and incredibly versatile summer recipe.

Mix basil, pine nuts, peeled garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a food chopper or food processor. Season with black pepper into a smooth pesto.
