Preheat your oven to 175 °C / 350 °F. Place a rack in the middle of the oven. Line a 20 cm x 20 cm (8-inch x 8-inch) deep baking dish with parchment paper.

Place in the preheated oven and bake 15 - 20 minutes at 175 °C / 350 °F or until the nut clusters are golden-brown and baked through. Remove from the oven, and set aside to cool completely. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2 cm x 2 cm (1-inch x 1-inch) cubes.
