One day ahead
Peel your bananas and freeze them for at least one day (or up for a month).
Cut the frozen bananas into small chunks. Place in a high quality blender or mixer. It's really important to have a good mixer for this recipe, or ice cream won't be as creamy and silky. Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and pinch of salt. Blend until creamy, silky and delicious.
Serve immediately or even better: Transfer to a container and freeze for at least one hour for an even better texture. Serve with your favorite topping. We like cacao nibs and coconut flakes or chocolate sauce. Enjoy. Store in a freezer for up to a week.
