We love hot dogs. L o v e. But we don't make them that often. Why not? Every time we go to a local store and we want to buy the hot dog buns we don't do it. Why not? Well those hot dog buns have gazillion ingredients and most of them are impossible to read, so that's a no go for us. So since we love hot dogs and want to eat them we decided to make those delicious buns. The goal was: They need to be soft, delicious, sweet. Basically amazing homemade no knead brioche hot dog buns. They do take around 2 hours to make but it's so worth it. You can use them right away or you can freeze them and reheat them anytime, they stay soft and delicious. Easy, delicious, soft and homemade.
