METHOD
    Prepare the green tea and let it cool.
    Clean the lettuce and the spinach.
    Peel the ginger and the avocado. Slice it.
    Put all ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth. Serve.

TIP

If the smoothie is to thick for your taste, add cold tea or water.
    If you want to add an extra kick to the beverage, use any milk foams and chopped cocoa beans for extra flavour.
