<p>I was talking to a family friend the other day and he was saying to me, how much he misses summer, especially picnics and light, colourful and energetic summerish food. From that conversation came the inspiration to create something more light, yet in the season. Our weekly schedule is filled with different things each day, so having a quick idea what to eat, that is fast to prepare and fuels our bodies is essential. Jernej baked us fresh corn bread over the weekend and the rest was improvised. So here you go, a quick breakfast, brunch, lunch or even dinner idea. </p>

METHOD
avocado spread
    First prepare the avocado spread. Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and combine all, using a fork. If you want an extra smooth spread, use a blender. Season to taste.

    Slice the bread. Spread the avocado spread all over the bread, place the sun dried tomato, chilli flakes, black garlic, some basil leaves and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Bon appetite.
