Every single time we make tortillas or tacos I say to myself, oh my, if I only lived in a country where taco Tuesdays were a tradition. But oh, well. We still make them and enjoy all the way to the last bite. You can make all this different combinations of fillings and it's always so delicious. Our favourite are with chicken or tuna filling. It's the ultimate comfort food, when getting messy and dirty isn't a big deal, because you just enjoy the meal and its deliciousness.
