<p>For those who don't like beets, this smoothie is going to be a game changer. The berries almost completely take over, which means that even though we eat beets, we don't really taste them as much. It also contains a tiny bit of greek yogurt and rice milk, which makes it perfect for a rich in flavour snack. </p>
Blend the beetroot in a blender on high speed, add the frozen blackberries, strawberries and frozen raspberries. Blitz for a minute, then add the greek yogurt, rice milk and honey. Blitz until smooth and serve.
If the smoothie is to thick for your taste, add water.
