<p>A proper dessert, to greet the weekend, that is probably going to be extra snowy here in Slovenia. We won't be able to get all bundled up and cosy, due to all the busyness of jernejkitchen.com, which is getting very ready to be revealed. But there is nothing to complain about. We love each minute that we put into creating the perfect site for all of you.<br /> Well, back to the smoothie. As I wrote before, a proper dessert, with a little tropical feel, since it's made out of sweet coconut water + coconut meat + banana. For you who are feeling naughty, you can freely add a drop of good banana liquor or any other good tasting liquor or cognac. It should have been white, but since it is not pure witness, we call it the cream smoothie. </p>

METHOD
    Peel bananas and put it in the blender. Add marzipan to the blender. Pour in the rice milk and quickly blend on high speed.

TIP

You can simply switch marzipan with almond paste.
    Crack open the coconut, add coconut water and coconut meat to the blender.
    If you are feeling noughty you can add a tea spoon of good quality banana liqour or congac. Blender until smooth. Serve.

TIP

Control thickness with adding liquid to the pudding.
